2 cl lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup (1:1 sugar water)
Tonic water or soda water

Directions

Fill a stemmed wine glass with ice cubes. Measure out and add MEIR, lemon juice, and sugar to the glass. Stir until well-chilled and top up with tonic or soda water. Garnishwith a grapefruit wedge.
