Frozen, sweet, and soft
6 cl MEIRPink
6 cl guava juice
4 cl water(1/2 ts gum arabic)
4 cl sugar syrup (1:1 sugar: water)
3 cl limejuice
2 cl grapefruit juice
2 cl orgeat*
2 cl raspberry puré
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and pour into a zip-lock freezer bag. Place the cocktail in a freezer for a few hours. Massage the bag and squeeze the contents into a glass.
*2 parts almond milk, 1 part sugar + a few drops almond flavour extract. Important: Do not heat. Mix the syrup cold or at room temperature.
