6 cl MEIR No.1
6 mint leaves
2 cl lime juice
2 cl simple syrup (1:1 sugar water)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine-mesh strainer, pour the contents into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
