Silky and zingy raspberry
5 cl MEIR No.1
2 cl raspberry syrup (1 part raspberries and 2 parts sugar mixed with 1 part water)
2 cl lemon juice
2 cl dry White Vermouth
Egg white
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Lock the shaker and dry-shake for several seconds. Unlock the shaker and add ice cubes, then lock the shaker once more. Shake vigorously. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with raspberries.
