Citrusy, spicy, and fresh
4 cl MEIR Snavvel
2 cl cinnamon syrup*
2 cl lime juice
Ginger Beer
Blend MEIR, lime juice, and cinnamon syrup in a long drink glass filled with ice cubes. Stir with a bar spoon until well-chilled. Refill the glass with more ice. Top up with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wedges and a slice of fresh ginger.
*1 part sugar, 1 part water – infused with cinnamon sticks (2 sticks per liter)
