6 cl MEIR Snavvel
6 cl spiced apple juice*
2 cl lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup (1:1 sugar: water)
5 drops of angostura bitters
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled.
Pour into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes, and garnish with a lemon twist and star anise.
Tip: Rim the glass with a mixture of sugar and ground cinnamon.
* 1-liter apple juice infused with one star anise pod, three cloves, and the peel of one lemon. Bring to a boil, and let it rest until chilled.
