1/2 ts vanilla sugar
2 cl passionfruit pulp
3 cl sugar syrup (1:1 sugar: water)
3 cl lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Lock the shaker and dry-shake for several seconds.Unlock the shaker and add ice cubes, then lock the shaker once more. Shake vigorously. Using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine-mesh strainer, pour the contents into a kitschy cocktail glass.
