Hoppy hipster juice
4 cl MEIR Pink
2 cl NEIPA syrup (1:1 sugar, New England IPA)*
2 cl limejuice
1 cl Campari
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Using a Hawthorne strainer, pour the contents into a sour glass.
*Step away from the stove! Make this syrup by mixing sugar with cold fresh New England IPA. Heat will kill the delicate hop aromas from the IPA.
