2 parts MEIR Pink
1 part rhubarb syrup
Fill a stemmed glass with ice cubes and add MEIR and rhubarb-syrup.Stir until well-chilled and top up with sparkling wine or soda water. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
Heat sugar syrup (1:1 sugar water) in a pan. add diced rhubarb stems. Turn off the heat and let it rest for at least one hour. Strain into a bottle.
