Herbaceous cool mint
6 cl MEIR No.1
2 cl lime juice
3 cl sugar syrup (1:1 sugar water)
10 mint leaves
Soda water
Add MEIR, lime juice, sugar and mint leaves into a long-drink glass with some crushed ice. Stir with a bar spoon and fill the glass with crushed ice. Top up with soda water.
