6 cl MEIR Classic
2 cl ginger syrup (1 part ginger juice mixed with 1 part sugar)
2 cl honey syrup (1 part honey mixed with 1 part boiling water)
2 cl lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled and strain into a rocks glass with a single large ice cube. Float ½ teaspoon of smoked Islay whisky on top.
