5 cl MEIR Jul
0,5 cl orange liqueur
0,5 cl sugar syrup (1 part sugar mixed with 1 part water)
3 dashes of angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients except angostura bitter in a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well diluted. Using a strainer, pour the contents into a rocks glass with a single large ice cube. Add cocktail bitter and garnish with a flamed orange twist.
