4 cl cold earl grey tea (two tea bags steeped in 3 dl hot water for 2 minutes)
3 cl sugar syrup (1:1 sugar: water)
3 cl lemon juice
Optional: A few drops of angostura bitters
Fun optional: Colored tapioca pearls
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Lock the shaker. Shake vigorously. Using a Hawthorne strainer, pour the contents into a cocktail glass containing tapioca pearls.
